WELCOME

The Oak Road Recreation Association (ORRA) serves three neighborhoods located in Snellville, Georgia. Brookwood Plantation located off High Point Rd., Holly Springs located off Hollybrook Rd. and Brookwood Lakes located off Holly Lake Circle. The Association is a membership of homeowners who maintain the common areas of these 180 homes.

Our Neighborhood

Our amenities enable us to offer many social and recreational activities throughout the year. The amenities we offer include a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, picnic area, and lake. The ORRA neighborhoods have a reputation in our area as an excellent place to live. We are a very active and friendly community. Our ladies club organizes events throughout the year such as children's parties, adult activities as well as community fundraising events.

Our Schools

Our community is located in the Brookwood Cluster of the Gwinnett County Public Schools. We are served by Brookwood Elementary School, A.C. Crews Middle School, and Brookwood High School.

Our Town

We are located just a mile from the Snellville city center. Snellville offers many family activities such as "Snellville Days" and the Snellville Farmers Market during the summer months. The city of Snellville also boasts beautiful Briscoe Park, a bustling Senior Center and a brand new police headquarters. For local news you can turn to the Snellville Patch.
