Oak Road Recreation Association (ORRA)
Welcome to the Oak Road Recreation Association (ORRA)!! We invite you to become an ORRA member and take advantage of the amenities and activities offered in our neighborhood.
What We Do
ORRA is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the common areas of our three subdivisions (Brookwood Plantation, Holly Springs, and Brookwood Lakes). This includes: 1) the landscaping of neighborhood entrances on Holly Springs Drive, Hickory Lake Drive, and Holly Lake Circle 2) the 6.7 acres that include Holly Lake, Holly Lake Dam, and the property immediately downstream from the dam to Holly Lake Circle 3) the 1.1 acre recreation complex that includes the tennis courts, swimming pool, and pool house/rest rooms.
What You Enjoy As A Member
As an ORRA member you have access to our swimming pool, tennis courts, lake pinic and commons area. You will also be invited to participate in all the activities we sponsor throughout the year!

Dues remain unchanged again this year $425. We have been able to more reliably predict our pool expenses by using a pool management company. The membership year for ORRA is from 15 April 2011 to 14 April 2012. Your membership provides access to, and use of, all common areas subject to the rules as published by the association.
Outside Memberships
We do accept and welcome a limited number of pool/tennis memberships from households outside of our neighborhood. We have given last years outside members priority until May 15th to renew their memberships. Starting May 16th, assuming there are outside memberships left unfilled, we accept new members on a first come, first serve basis. Obviously, if you become a member this year, you will be given priority to renew your membership next year.
